ART

Over the years I've worked in watercolors, pastels, pen and ink, and oils. Our local red rock landscapes are my preferred subjects in oils, but I've also been experimenting with abstraction. Trees, old buildings, and portraits lend themselves to pen and ink. Instruction and inspiration have come from Doug Snow, Doug Braithwaite and Richard Schmid, and other painters I admire include Michael O'Toole and Clyde Aspedig. Some of my work can be seen in Gallery 24 in Torrey, Utah (www.gallery24.biz).
